The Greater Detroit Zone had their January 10, 2026 Board meeting at the Stechholz home. We are getting prepared for our special fundraiser: Valentine’s Day Brunch With the Bishop on Saturday , February 14 at Ascension of Christ Lutheran Church in Beverly Hills, MI.
The Stechholz Family had a special LWML display in their home during the Christmas season. Even after all of the Christmas decorations were taken down, we kept the display up for an extra few days so that the ladies from our zone could see it!

English District Milwaukee Zone Fall Rally
RUNNING THE RACE WITH JESUS

9:00 a.m.-Noon
The Milwaukee Zone English District rally was hosted by Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls. The devotion and Bible study was led by Rev. Tom Feiertag, “Running Our Race.”
Charles and Connie Cortright, LCMS Eurasia Missionaries working to teach theological studies to potential pastors in many Eurasian countries were the featured speakers. The in-gathering items collected were donated to create breast cancer survival kits for Froedert-Menomonee Falls Cancer Center. We finished with 45 Breast Cancer Survival Kits and 16 prayer shawls and divided them between the Menomonee Falls and West Bend Froedtert hospitals. Rhoda visits there and she went along when we delivered them.
